How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak travel seasons. For special events or group transportation, booking 1-2 weeks ahead is advisable. However, we do accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
The following charges apply in the event of a cancellation:
25% of the total amount if cancelled 6 days before departure
50% of the total amount if cancelled 3 days before departure
75% of the total amount if cancelled 2 days before departure
100% of the total amount if cancelled within 24 hours before departure
We recommend cancelling in advance to avoid unnecessary charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and corporate accounts. For regular clients, we offer the convenience of setting up an account with us for streamlined billing. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your protection.
